Serviguide TECH organizes the 2023 Trends in Compensation and Reward Event.

Serviguide Tech, together with the APD Association, has organized an event titled “Trends in Compensation and Reward 2023”.

Participants enjoyed the perspectives of various personalities from the Human Resources sector who debated the changes, the present, and the future of the sector throughout two lectures and a roundtable discussion.

Firstly, after the introduction by the organizers, including Serviguide Tech, the first lecture began with Victoria Gismera from Peoplematters, titled “Compensation and Reward in an Inflationary Environment.” She detailed how, with a flexible reward strategy and philosophy aligned with the company’s mission and purpose, facing challenges becomes easier.

Subsequently, Mar López Ferrer, People & Talent Manager at Serviguide Tech, presented her lecture titled “Beyond Traditional Compensation: A Real IT Sector Case,” aimed at exposing the case experienced by Serviguide Tech, highlighting the keys to combating the salary bubble being created in the IT sector due to the high demand for professionals.

The session concluded with a roundtable moderated by Alfredo Castro, General Director of Serviguide Tech, titled: “Different Visions: Total Reward to Manage Inflation,” where professionals like Gorka Hermo Uruñuela, HR Manager at Constellium, and Marta Pereiro, Director of People & Culture at EOS Group, discussed the keys to a successful compensation system. They delved into its essential characteristics – adaptability, culture, and communication, concluding that we currently live in a society where the aspects most valued by workers are flexibility and work-life balance.

They concluded with the premise that Human Resources professionals should promote flexible work environments by encouraging measures aimed at self-management of time, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.

After the roundtable discussion, Alfredo Castro drew the conclusions of the day, a meeting of interest for all those involved in the world of talent search.
