Serviguide Tech will plant a tree for every new hire as part of its CSR policy.

Serviguide TECH and Serviguide BPO, as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) management, have initiated a process of policies and strategies to generate a positive sustainable impact through their daily work.

In this way, they have started a collaboration process with Tree-Nation with the aim of contributing to the reforestation of different plantations around the world: Madagascar, India, Thailand… up to 33 countries.

What does the action consist of?

Serviguide will plant a tree in one of the various available areas each time a collaborator or structural worker joins a Serviguide BPO or Serviguide Tech team.

This new member of the Serviguide team will receive an email with all the information about the tree planted for their arrival: CO2 emissions, average lifespan, peculiarities of the species, location of the tree, and information about the plantation project it is included in, which will help to track its impact.

Trees are fundamental pillars for both humans and the environment. They benefit us by purifying water and air and creating better social conditions. Trees also benefit the environment by providing homes for various forms of life, cooling our climate, and improving our soil.
