We accompany our partner Balearia to the FITUR tourism fair.

Last week, Serviguide Tech accompanied its partner Balearia, which was present once again at the International Tourism Trade Fair (FITUR).

With a large stand, the shipping company took the opportunity to announce its program of commemorative events to celebrate its 25th anniversary in the maritime sector. And Serviguide Tech was there with them at such an important moment.

Balearia announced the events and activities it will develop in the territories where it operates and, through its president, Adolfo Utor Martínez, reviewed its trajectory, reliving the main milestones achieved and forecasting future challenges.

During the day, we were able to talk with Maribel Linares, head of the Partners and Customer Experience Department at Balearia. We discussed, in interview form, the milestones that have stood out this year, from the current changes in the Customer Experience sector, through their present relationship with Serviguide Tech, the next steps to follow, and their recent award as Best Customer Service in the transport sector.
