This past Wednesday and Thursday, the Colombia Investment Roadshow 2022, the main European event on investment in Colombia, where Serviguide TECH was present, took place in Madrid.

The Government of Colombia, together with the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE) and BBVA, organized this event with the aim of bringing European investors closer to the Colombian business fabric, due to the increasing bet on foreign investment as a catalyst for the country’s sustained economic growth.

With the goal of offering a space where international companies can connect with the most outstanding investment opportunities. The event consisted of current seminars, both of a general nature of the Colombian economy and on specific sectors such as infrastructure, technology, tourism, and health.

Serviguide Tech, within its expansion policy, is landing shortly in Colombia and has taken the opportunity to get closer to business and political leaders to firsthand understand the current situation of companies that decide to embark on their journey in Colombian territory and, of course, to establish relationships with entrepreneurs in the sector.

Among the many attendees, we highlight the presence of Marta Lucía Ramírez, Colombian vice president, Ángela María Orozco, minister of Transportation; Camilo Fernández de Soto, President of Colombia Productiva; or Carlos Abella, general secretary of the Spain-Colombia council, among others, who highlighted their migration welcoming policy in different Ibero-American countries, facilitating entry to European countries, accelerated by the Ukrainian crisis.
